I have a second system on my test bench that is a different computer but is basically the same setup, and it also will not present the pinch-zoom option. I can only find a few USB touchpads online and it looks like they are all the same, basically just a mouse type device and use the generic MS mouse driver.

But, I did try the latest (V19) Synaptics drivers. Synaptics drivers are (as far as I can tell) for specific hardware, normally found on laptops. The device doesn’t come with any drivers. The Windows install/upgrade is pretty much trouble-free. I upgraded to Windows 10 because I thought that I would get the option to disable pinch zoom along with the upgrade. It is a computer with a fresh Windows 7 install which was then upgraded to Windows 10. This has a new Dell 23" touch screen We have a computer that is at a public library. We have all used it on our fancy new mobile devices. With the new touch screens comes a very annoying feature called the pinch zoom.
